You’ve gone out looking for one of your favorite actors. (Or maybe not. Maybe you actually hate the guy’s guts. How are the rest of us to know?) And in doing so you’ve typed in his name - and 99 per cent of it is correct! - but you’ve still gotten it wrong.

Hear that? Wrong wrong wrong.

You were SO close. You typed in ‘Wilmer Valderama’. And that’s pretty good - for a first try, anyway. But, sadly, you typed wrong.

‘Wilmer Valderama’ is not a person. Wilmer Valderama is just a typo. (Apologies to anybody whose name actually IS spelled that way out there, but you’re not who these people are looking for anyway.) Hear that? A biiiiig typo. The person YOU want is spelled as such:

Wilmer Valderrama.

See the difference? It’s slight, but perceptible. We’ll do it again for good measure.

Either way, you’ve still come to the right place for Wilmer Valderrama stuff. Just.. make sure you get the name right next time. (Or not, if you’re aiming on coming back here - definitely a good choice…!)

According to E! Online, Valderrama’s new show will feature the world of fame through the eyes of a female assistant to a celebrity. Valderrama himself said that the show will be a half-hour chance to “talk about some of the cheesy bullshit that I see.” In the business, doubtless.

That’s not his only role, though. Valderrama will be returning to the forefront of a camera when he appears in the upcoming Fox comedy The Emancipation of Ernesto, a show about a young man who spent his time in prison with his incarcerated mother and who has now decided to try and find his father in Los Angeles.

Glad to have you back, Wilmer. TV hasn’t been the same without you.

Stern held back nothing, questioning Valderrama quite extensively on his sex life. And Valderrama was equally brusque, eager to discuss anything and everything about himself that Stern threw his way. The 2006 interview revealed quite a bit about Valderrama’s personal life, including:

- Details about his relationships with Lindsay Lohan, Ashlee Simpson and Mandy Moore, including clearing up that he hadn’t dumped Lohan to date Simpson.

- The revelation (whether true or not) that Valderrama was responsible for taking Mandy Moore’s virginity.

- Details about who he’s slept with, including Jennifer Love Hewitt (who he deemed ‘an 8′) and who he hasn’t; the list of ‘hasn’t’s included Jamie Presley, Jessica Alba and Rosaria Dawson.

- And, finally, he revealed (again, whether true or not) that he has a penis that’s over 8 inches long.

That’s Howard Stern for you. Classy to the end.

Fez is the foreign kid of the group. Fez isn’t his real name, of course; his friends just consider it too difficult to pronounce (Fez is actually an acronym for ‘Foreign Exchange Student, the ‘z’ reflecting how it might be pronounced). The show never states where he’s originally from, and somehow, it works better that way.

Fez is a bit naive and clueless, especially in the beginning of the show. He’s usually the butt of the joke; he makes comments that don’t fit into the context of the United States whatsoever (hence his comedic usefulness). That doesn’t mean he’s stupid, of course, but he doesn’t seem to know what’s going on a lot of the time, or he misinterprets what he sees.

For much of the beginning Fez spends his time pining for Kelso’s girlfriend Jackie. She spurns his attentions, however, and then endure a strained, quirky relationship where he plays the part of awkward Romeo while she pays little attention to him. Interestingly enough she eventually does develop feelings for him, whereupon he spurns her, not wanting to be the ’sloppy thirds’. By the end of the series, however, they are finally together.

Though far from the most important character in terms of the show’s plotlines, Fez is an essential component to That 70’s Show, and it was Wilmer Valderrama that made him so. Doubtless if there are ever any televised reunions Fez will have to be included.
